We had an idea of what area we wanted to buy in but were open to looking at other options. Ali made sure to show us several different types of properties in different areas and that was greatly appreciated to help keep us with an open mind. After submitting an offer on a third property we finally got into our dream location in a sough-after community and Ali was crucial in helping us come up with a strategy so that the buyers would accept our offer! We had a decent amount of time between due diligence ending and our closing date but Ali was always keeping in touch an updating us on any information from the sellers. To sum it all up Ali is extremely knowledgeable on the real estate business in Atlanta listens to what her clients are looking for and does everything she can to arm her clients with the best possible offer....not to mention she is extremely friendly and doesn't mind asking the hard questions to other agents but in a professional matter.
